The production and manufacture of products of Comercial Breda Segra S.L., can be distributed in four differentiated sections affluent : manufacture, enameling, baking and control of quality .

One of the basic characteristicses of Segra, is the elaboration and review of products manually..

The second phase of production, is the enameling section. In this section we can emphasize that Segra is one of the pioneers in the enameling with varnish without lead. Whit this type of varnish we contributed to the wellbeing of the environment and watched the health of ours workers, fulfilling to the one hunderd percent with the espectativas of the Law of Prevention of Risks.

SECTION FURNACE

The baking of elaborated products is made by means of furnace of gas and to an approximated temperature of 1000 degrees, to obtain to a color and a brightness of great quality.

SECTION OF QUALITY CONTROL

The last section of the process of production of our line, is the quality control, that is made when finishing the process of baking of the product. This control of quality is made in the same line of production, to avoid the minimum transport of the finished product and this way we controlled the total quality, to be improving day to day and power to us to serve to the client a product with total quality.
